This message looks at 1 Timothy through the relationship between Paul and Timothy.

Paul is writing to someone he knows, trusts, and has walked with in real life. That matters, because the kind of leadership Paul describes can only exist in community, where character is visible and faith is tested over time.

Paul warns the church about false teaching, pride, greed, and shallow faith. Those are not abstract problems. They are heart problems that surface when Christ is no longer central and Scripture is no longer the standard. In a world full of voices and platforms, Paul presses us to ask who is shaping us, and whether their lives match their words.

Question to consider- If someone followed Christ by following you, what would they be invited into?
