Pure Desire: Sexual Integrity Group

Sexual brokenness — whether it’s a struggle with pornography, compulsive behavior, or the pain of betrayal in a marriage — tends to isolate people. Shame keeps it hidden, and secrecy keeps it strong. Pure Desire exists to break that isolation and offer a path toward real, lasting freedom.

Cedar Springs offers Pure Desire groups, based on the curriculum from Pure Desire Ministries, a Christ-centered ministry that’s been helping people find healing from sexual addiction and betrayal trauma since 1999. Their approach combines biblical truth with a clinically-informed understanding of how addiction and trauma actually work — because healing requires both grace and honest, practical tools.

What to Expect

Pure Desire groups are small, confidential, and led with care. You’ll find:

• A safe space to be honest about your story without judgment
• Biblically grounded teaching on shame, grace, and healing
• Practical tools for breaking free from destructive patterns
• Real relationships with others who understand the journey

Groups are offered separately for men and women, since the experience of sexual brokenness and betrayal often looks different for each.
