Everything in Scripture is centered around Christ. A good way of evaluating a teaching is to consider if it holds true in the light of the life and ministry of Jesus Christ. Jordan looks at the purpose behind Jesus and his life, death, and his resurrection. Scripture clearly shows that he came to glorify the Father and that should reinforce our pursuit of glorifying God in our lives too.
