Take Note
How do I share my testimony?
In this FAQ sermon, we look at why testimony matters, how our personal stories point back to Jesus, and how God can use ordinary people to speak about the hope they have in Christ. Sharing your testimony does not require having every apologetic answer memorized. It begins with being ready to explain the reason for your hope with gentleness, respect, and confidence in God’s work.
We also look at Paul’s testimony in Acts 26 and consider a simple framework for sharing our own stories: pray, introduce yourself, share a “before Jesus” moment, share an “after Jesus” moment, then offer a next step.
Before the message, we also share two major opportunities for Cedar Springs to invest in kingdom work through the youth community center project, Harvest House, and the expansion of Power Packs to serve food-insecure students and families across the Bethel community.
The power of God is most clearly displayed in our lives when our story becomes His story.
