Take Note
The world often measures masculine strength by power, independence, status, and control. Jesus gives us a different standard.
In Mark 10:42–45, Christ teaches that true greatness is found in serving others. Biblical masculinity does not reject strength, but gives it a better purpose. A Christlike man uses his strength to carry burdens, protect others, accept responsibility, remain faithful, and lay himself down in love.
The question is not simply, “How strong am I?” It is, “Who is being strengthened because God has made me strong?”
