Where do we find real meaning in life? Why do achievements, success, and even good things often leave us feeling empty? What hope does Scripture offer when life feels fleeting?

In this 5-minute devotional, we explore the book of Ecclesiastes and its honest assessment of life "under the sun." Drawing from personal experience, we see how Ecclesiastes names the frustrations many of us feel but leaves us longing for something more. The Preacher calls life hevel, a vaporous breath. For many of us, this feels like an accurate description of our time and purposes.

Jesus Christ steps into the scene, offering not just wisdom but life itself. He breathes the Holy Spirit into His followers, fulfilling the deep longing Ecclesiastes exposes. Christ turns fleeting vapor into eternal significance, giving lasting meaning to our work, our days, and our worship.

Join us as we see how Christ is the answer Ecclesiastes points toward.
